Mouse Sensitivity Converter – Game to Game

Convert your sensitivity between games while keeping the same real-world aim. The converter matches cm/360, so your muscle memory transfers.

The conversion formula

target sens = source sens × source yaw × source DPI ÷ (target yaw × target DPI)

Worked example: Valorant 0.5 sens at 800 DPI → CS2 at 800 DPI. Target sens = 0.5 × 0.07 × 800 ÷ (0.022 × 800) ≈ 1.5909. Both setups give the same cm/360 (≈32.66 cm), so a full swipe turns you the same amount in both games.

Important caveats

  • Conversions match hipfire, default FOV rotation. ADS/scoped sensitivities scale differently per game.
  • Fortnite uses a percent slider (0–100%), not a raw multiplier — the converter handles this automatically.
  • Some games (notably R6 Siege and Fortnite) have sub-multipliers for ADS that need separate conversion.
  • Mouse acceleration must be off in both games, or matched sensitivities will not feel identical.

Frequently asked questions

How do you convert sensitivity between games?

The reliable method matches cm/360: compute your current turn distance, then solve for the sensitivity in the new game that gives the same distance. This converter does that with verified per-game yaw values.

Why doesn't multiplying sensitivities work?

Each game turns a different number of degrees per mouse count. Valorant's yaw is 0.07°/count; CS2's is 0.022°/count — so identical sensitivity numbers are different real speeds.

Does this converter handle Fortnite's percent slider?

Yes. Fortnite's slider runs 1–100% with 0.005555° per count per 1% — the converter treats the unit correctly instead of misreading it as a raw multiplier.

Can I convert and change DPI at the same time?

Yes. Enter your old DPI and new DPI; the converter adjusts the target sensitivity so the cm/360 stays identical.

Does the converter match scoped or ADS sensitivity?

No. The conversion matches hipfire rotation at default FOV. Scoped and ADS sensitivities use separate in-game multipliers that vary by title.

Why does my converted sensitivity feel slightly off?

Common causes: different FOV, mouse acceleration left on, different Windows pointer settings, or the game's own ADS sub-multipliers. Check each one and re-test.

What is cm/360?

cm/360 is the physical mouse distance for a full 360° turn — the real-world quantity this converter keeps constant. See the cm/360 calculator for details.

Which games are supported?

Valorant, CS2, CS:GO, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, and Rust — each with a sourced yaw value.
